HOUSTON -6 1/2 DOUBLE PLAY
First year Head Coach Tom Herman has the Cougars headed in the right direction. Herman was the OC last year for Ohio State and this year he has the Houston offense running on all cylinders averaging 48 points a game. Last week vs Texas State the Cougars had 366 yards rushing and 324 yards passing on 18-24 and 0 turnovers. That's pretty good vs anyone and it doesn't bode too well for a Tulsa team that is ranked 124th in total defense. Add in the fact that Houston has covered the spread to the tune of 11-0-1 in their last 12 road games, including a convincing win at Louisville 3 weeks ago.
