I am not much of a NFL bettor anymore. Used to be my number 1 sport, but over the years, I think the product has deteriorated as a result of rules changes, etc. The end result is that it is a QB dominated league since the rules have been changed to promote passing and higher scoring (which has started to backfire given the lack of quality QBs in the game). I will spare everyone any further rant on my thoughts on the ruin of the NFL product. I will simply play the better QBs this weekend which I believe are Brady and Newton. While Manning is one of the best ever to play the game, he is not the player he used to be, and Brady remains at the top of his game, especially in that system. I wouldn't trust Palmer to QB my grandson's pee wee championship. Don't love playing both chalks, but I am keeping it simple.

Good luck to all!!

I think you can make a case for each of the 4 teams. But I totally agree with you on the Quarterbacks. I also think your assessment of each of the 4 is spot on! Good luck!

Gotta give the Denver defense credit. They did exactly what they needed to do to beat Brady. They got into Brady's and O Coordinators head. Carson Palmer did exactly what I expected. He just does not have it.

I will play Carolina in the Super Bowl. Will wait to see if I get 3 and then pounce. Carolina's multi-faceted offense will give Denver's D problems and Denver does not have the offense to keep up.

Let the overhyping of the game begin. The two week wait is ridiculous. I won't watch anything until the game begins.

Good Luck all!
