Very hard game for me to wager on! I think Seattle wins, but I think it will be a close game. This playoff season
has seen a whole lot of close games, many coming down to the last possession. But how do you wager on a team
that you think will lose, but will only lose by 4 or less? So you might say, take the team you think will win and
wager on the money line...but I refuse to lay all that extra juice. The one stat that has me leaning toward my wager is...the Patriots are 9-0 on the road this year! Now, after my many years of betting on sports...pre-game stats and trends usually mean nothing toward determining the outcome of the game you are betting on. But 9-0 on the road is pretty damn impressive and HAS to count for something! But then...you can make a very good case for the Seahawks too. And like I said...I do think they will win. So, I guess you could say... it's just like every other NFL game played.
Now I could just bet the total...but my current record on betting NFL totals is 3-128, so betting over or under is not an option for me. My wife says..."why can't you just enjoy the game and not bet on it?" Of course I looked at her like she has three heads! So I will be playing some props and taking the points in this game, because I do think it will be a good game and may very well come down to the last possession.
