Once again they come in to save the day for countless---wonder how much the Bar Association is kicking in to any who would be silly enough to heed their dissing of Ins Co's and not carry any.
----but from what I understand most PI attorneys (trial lawyers as Edwards preffers) clients have little to lose so I guess that point is mute, :)

He quoted claims analysts Property Claim Services who put the insurance bill for Charley of $6.8 billion.


Amlin Chief Executive Charles Philipps said that, based on preliminary information, the total insured losses for Hurricane Frances may be less than for August's Charley, which it expected to cost it 30-40 million pounds in claims.


Hannover Re, the world's fourth largest reinsurer, said it expected claims in the middle of a range between 10 and 100 million euros -- around the same impact as it had from Hurricane Charley, which it now predicts will cost it around 70 million euros.


It reiterated its full-year earnings forecast of 390 to 430 million euros
