Folks,

This is a great marinade for chicken or steaks. If I do chicken, I'll grab the boneless breast meat, butterfly it, and marinade it. For steak, I prefer thin sliced sirloin tip strips. Very simple, doesn't need to marinade more than 8 hrs.

1/2 cup soy sauce
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp sesame oil (this makes it)
6 scallions
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Combine ingredients, marinade in shallow pan, or I prefer a freezer bag, as there's no need to turn.


Enjoy. This is one of my favorites on the grill.
