did some research on this situaton
looked at teams that swept their league champ series and how they reacted to it in first game of world series.
there was 5 instances in last 20 years.
and team that swept is 0-5 in 1st game of w.s.
mainly i would think to long lay off between games
2006 detroit....7 day off home fav -190 lost
2007....col.....9-days off road dog +90 lost
2012.....detroit....6-days off....road fav-165 lost
2014...kc.....6-day off.....homedog +100 lost
2015.....mets....6 days off....road dog+05 lost
i know scherzer looks great to take at +180
but the play is houston and cole
