BEAUTIFUL ENDING....BAGGIO MUST BE GRINNING IN CONTENT TO SEE HIS COUNTRYMATES REDEEM HIS MISS 12 YEARS AGO....he felt the weight of Italy on his shoulders after the miss, and to see the players who idolized him win it in the same fashion he lost it...Congratulations ITALIA...their defense was remarkable, and to see them win after the refs gave France a BULLSHIT penalty to take the early lead and take away a marvelous header based on another bullshit offside call that voided a highlight material goal, it truley makes me happy to see the boys from ITALIAAAAA take the CUP...they deserved it when Baggio blew it, and to see Grosso clinch it in the exact same situation, it truley brings a smile to my face....Roberto Baggio in my opinion was the best player of all time, and to see his career tainted by a missed penalty, it must bring tears to the eyes of the Italians to see their boys bring it home in a situation where they historically were brought to misery....Best game I have seen all World Cup...I was worried when I saw Italy's midfielders and strikers to slow it down and not give much of an effort, but they believed in their defense to carry them to penalties and put their efforts vs Barthez alone, instead of a brutal French defense that rarely allowed a goal all Tourney...beautiful to see the Italians win it, especially after they manhandled the Checks who ruined our US teams hopes
