Tonight the Lakers come to Orlando fresh off their waxing of Atlanta. The Lakers really looked like the got their act together last night, absoultely domianting the inferior team. Tonight the Lakers play another inferior team, Orlando, not as inferior as the Hawks, but still inferior. The Lakers have owned the Magic recently not dropping a game to them since Feb. 1998 (Shaq's first game vs. his old squad) Oralndo like many temas in the NBA have no personnel to even consider containg O'Neal. Their one meeting this year resulted in a 108-95 Lakers win (O'Neal 38 points 18 rebounds) Orlando simply does not have the talent to defeat a Lakers team that brings thier A-game. This is consistenly the time of the year that Lakers start to hit their stride and significantly domiant when they should. To me all the signs point an LA win by at least 8. The number currently for this game is 4.5, a gift in my humble opinion. The Lakers and ready to hit their stride, and O'Neal is ready to domiant his old team.

At this moment I am leaning to a large play on Hollywood, although I still have to mull over some compents the biggest of which are the game is nationally televised so there will be alot of
action on the game, and one would think that "joe public" will be all over the Lakers. This game could have setup written all over it.

I could also see the line moving up by 6-7 o'clock so I would like to get in early, seperating myself from any backdoor bullshit.

Despite the negatives, my lean is still Lakers heavy.

However before I pull the trigger I would be curious to hear what this forum thoughts are on this game.
