Would anyone know what would be causing my daughter's laptop to lose contact with the internet when she plugs in the power cord. Works fine just with the battery, but as soon as the power cord is plugged in it's conection is gone. Thanks.
It could be something in the power mode setups, it might think, when on line power it is supposed to use a profile that doesnt use the network, or at the back of the computer where the power cord gets plugged in. The outlet gets pushed a bit too far into the computer and no proper connection can be made. Yah might have to take the computer into the shop and have the outlet repaired.
