Laptop Problem...

Our laptop has power.

The screen is dark yet I can see and move the arrow.

When I move the mouse the arrow moves but that's it. Right and left clicking the mouse does nothing.

Tried ctrl-alt-delete and hitting the escape key...nothing happens.

Laptop not even 2 years old and very lightly used.

Suggestions???...Thanks.

Happened to me a couple weeks ago.

Take the battery out for a couple of minutes and put it back in.

Worked for me. Hope it helps.
