Looking to buy a new or used laptop/notebook. Anyone have any suggestions about whats out there?

Going to really just use it to access the Internet at work via a 802.11 wireless card. Should make the day go by a little faster!

If all you are going to use it for is accessing the net, I would definately go used. No need for a P4 with a 30 gig hard drive. You could probably get by with a celeron.

I would check out Dell, they sell refurbished ones on their website and they have a $300 off deal going until 12/10/02. Their refurbished pc's come with warranties and Dell has the best support. Here is a link...http://www.dell.com/us/en/dfh/products/line_notebooks.htm
