After watching Oregon State lose a tough Civil War battle @ Oregon, I have to question their motivation for tomorrow's game. However, this Beaver team is very Senior laden and I expect a solid effort. Riley's 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS bowl record also makes me believe his kids will be ready.

BYU had a solid year going 10-2, but they really played a fairly weak schedule. Yes, they did beat a decent Utah team late in the year and also knocked off OU without Bradford, but still impressive. However, when BYU was beaten, they were destroyed. I don't expect a serious beatdown tomorrow as Oregon State has their own flaws, especially defensively, but OSU played in a fairly solid Pac 10 and was just 1 win from the Rose Bowl. I think the Rogers brothers and the accurate Canfield will be too much for the slower footed Mormons.

Oregon State 34 BYU 24 - Obviously no opinion on the total as it seems very accurate.

Oregon State -2.5 for 10*
Oregon State 1st half -1 (-105) for 4* - Could see BYU keeping this game competitive early, but see the Beavers pulling away late.

Adding 1* more on 1st half -.5 - Should have waited for a better #, but probably won't matter.

Adding Under 58 for 4* based on Fletcher's write up. Don't really like totals, but wind will force more conservative playing calling.

Revised Final Score:
Oregon State 27 BYU 17 could be 27-20 as well and even if the game hit my original total, I'll still push.

Concerned taking a very public play, but watched both teams this season and believe Oregon State's track record in bowl games plus having the more explosive offense & playing the far tougher schedule will benefit the Beavers.

Nothing better in my opinion than a motivated Beaver!
