This must really be the last chance for the Twins. To fall behind by two games and then needing to win three from three against the Angels is in all probability the worst 3 game parley that any one could do. The Angels offense is bound to have one good performance from those three.

Anyway, for those that care to listen Twins will win tonight. Why?

Brad Radkee has won 7 of 9 decisions since mid-August. Right now he is pitching better than at any time this season. His injury which kept him out for 2 months has helped as he returned freesher than ever. Radkee boasts an 11-4 mark with a 1.72 ERA in 18 starts against the Angels, which is his best against any opponent. He is also 6-1 with a 1.38 ERA at Edison Field.

John Lackey starts for the Angels for the first time this post season. He boasts a 9-4 mark with an ERA of 3.66 in 18 regular season starts. Lackey's only start against the Twins ( at the dome ) was July 15th where he allowed 5 runs and 7 hits over six innings.

Radkee has been pitching great since August, enjoys a heap of success against Anaheim. All season the Twins have played their best ball when their backs have been against the wall.

Well today is that day.
