against my style, but gonna play this small road chalk:

louisville (-1) over memphis

got a feeling louisville still gets it done sans dean and garcia. good coaches have their teams step up and rally around one another in this kind of spot.

also, i dont think you can underestimate the disparity in FT % in whats expected to be a close game. 73%/65% (and that memphis # is up from a few weeks ago when they were in the low 60s)

normally i would be all over the unranked short home dog, but this is a spot where louisville steps up in my opinion

another opportunity popped up:

wake forest 2h (+5.5)

i know it seems unlikely that a road team will win by DD on the road in the acc (since its hard enough to win SU as it is), but i think the 2h tempo will play right into wake's hands. nc state does shoot the 3 well but their style is a little more methodical with their variation of the princeton offense. pushing the tempo is only gonna favor wake and play right into their hands. i think wake plays an even 2nd half and maintains this lead

couldnt have been more wrong on wake. jeez.
(funny this is, nc state didnt come back with the 3pter. they have just been kicking wake's ass all over the court in the 2h)

heres hoping louisville holds on

i actually like the under. take that for what its worth. memphis sucks at the line and i dont think louisville is going to want to run as much with their short bench. memphis has to tighten up the D in the 2h. i think 2h goes under. only fear is that a physical 2h could lead to a lot of fouls/FTs
