The late night slate gets an early start tonight:

OVER 10 Arizona/Milwaukee

Usually I will not play a total without an umpire, but this one has some merit.

Kulpa is behind the plate O/U numbers are 17/16, over still a play...more importantly home team is a woeful 9-25..

More plays later with late night.....

Bonds is currently giving an interview on ESPN News and all he has mentioned is how tired he and the team is after a long flight. he mentioned they got in at 3am, and only managed about four hours slepp. Looks very tired, and also had to attend his friends funeral this afternoon.

Just some information that could be helpful late night.

LA VS Giants

Both of these teams are actually playing very well of late. The giants are hot and in a national spotlight as everyone is watching Barry. The dodgers have won three out of the last four and would love nothing more than to eliminate the giants from the playoffs. The D-backs are up 1-0, and if they win and the giants lose, the D-backs would win the west. Both teams should know this by gametime.

About a month ago the coaching staff of the dodgers challenged Chan Ho Park to stand up and be the ace that is, and after that he has been unstoppable. The dodgers have won six of his last seven starts, and his numbers in his last three starts are incredible at 2-0, era 2.11, whip .098, and OBA. 211.

estes is a great pitcher for the giants as he has a record of 7-2 at home this year, but there is some bad news for giant backers. Estes is a leftie and the dodgers hit lefties better than righties, and the giants are just 2-4 in his last six starts. Not to mention that career against the dodgers he is just 3-7. Check out how some of the dodgers hit him....

Sheff .412
De Luca.500 (8-16)
Karros .385

only the big cat and eric davis hit over .300 against park....

finally as mentioned above the giants are a bit tired, and should be very sluggish and provide little run support for the Estes.

Dodgers +130

I have to agree with ya here... only concern for me is PARK is a different pitcher away from HOME. He's a pending free agent and needs to showcase his stuff though, so he better perform tonite. I'm just curious if they're gonna go with "his" catcher KREUTER tonite, or make him pitch to La Duca. KREUTER is a lefty, so I'm doubting it, but when he doesn't get KREUTER, he's not been good.... food for thought. Personally, I'm waiting on the lineup.
