lopez has quietly put together a good month of july and has been very consistent. if you toss out an abysmal performance against the yankees a few weeks back, youd then have to go back to mid-june to find another bad outing for him. garcia has had two poor outings in a row -- no denying that. but ill take my chances with this guy more often than not. to me, hes the best pitcher the white sox have. again, havent been playing much baseball at all. but really like this one for some reason. also doesnt hurt that the sunday nighters have been featuring some real nice pitchers duels lately. mutually exclusive games? sure. but the trend is what it is.
