Series Play

With a slight lean to the rockies, I decided to play on Baltimore Orioles. I get a home team that is playing well against a met team that just had a tough time with the D-rays? The value is there as I get the orioles +150 out of the gate, and the rest of the series pitching matchups look great as I have an escape clause in game 3 as I get towers against traschel.

Under a time crunch so will not be able to do a detailed writeup on my selections, but will try a rapid writeup form....

Atlanta -130
Look for them to rebound. Overall the hotter team, behind the plate diaz has home team at 4-9, when working a braves game they are 4-0, and with the jays they are 1-7.Braves should be embarrassed by last night's error filled game.

Baltimore +150
Part of my series selection, also check out Nick's thread as he has a nice little writeup on it..very informative.

Montreal +140
I know a lot of action in the forum on the yanks, but I like the value you get with the expos and Armas. The expos give armas 7.3 runs in support, and lily has been stumbling with an era of 5.71 in his last three starts.

Cincinnati +130
Dessens has been on fire of late..L3 whip of .080, era 1.80, reds in those starts are 3-0, and they hit lefties well. Wells could still be hurting and one thing for sure is he is not happy. The white sox have a little let down after beating the cubs 2 out of three. The reds play very well in game one of a series.

The reds and the rangers are two teams to watch to catch a streak.....

JT, love your picks tonite as they coincide with mine.

the only difference is that i have the JAYZ tonite to win again (with PARRIS being the consumate NL former starter,loved him on cinci until that tragic one game sudden death playoff game that almost ruined Parris' career..i still don't know why cinci didn't start Neagle in that game...think it was in 98?)
