Sad news. He, along with Lambert and Mean joe Greene, were my favorite Steelers while growing up watching them win 4 Super Bowls in the 70s.

One of my favorite players and one of my first NFL trading cards I got in a pack with the ol' bubble gum in it from Topps years ago, loved him playing with the bronze/yellow colored shoes. One of the original "STEEL CURTAIN" will be missed!!

He is probably in the afterlife laughing at what the nfl has become with hitting rules and regulations. That dude was one mean mothertrucka....guys like him from the 70's couldn't of played in this nfl. They would've been broke from fines.
