B.C. Eagles -3.5

I'm leaning towards the Eagles tonight, but don't know much about St. Bonaventure any insight on this team?

Also B.C. has almost blown a couple of games, but I believe they've learned their lesson in going to their bench early:

After coasting to a 46-33 halftime lead, the Eagles (2-0) expanded their margin to 76-53 in the second half as Skinner went to his bench. Then the lead began to fade away.

The Eagles knew they were in trouble, despite Skinner's re-insertion of the starters. ''It was uh-oh time with three minutes to go when they got it down to 7,'' said guard Ryan Sidney, who had 21 points and 11 rebounds and who, along with Bell, was instrumental in preventing a disaster.

Skinner said he and his team learned a lesson.

''It was an interesting eight minutes,'' said Skinner. ''Our club does not understand what it takes to maintain a certain level of play. We already have seen a quirk in this team and it's not a good one. Somehow we have to work that out. I'm just glad it worked out as well as it did for us.''

Bell and the rest of the Eagles acknowledged that they had learned something as well.

''If you have to have a learning experience, at least win,'' sighed Bell.

The Eagles did that, but Skinner said he may have to change his substitution patterns and the Eagles must learn no lead is safe against any team.
