A 16 day vacation starts late this afternoon when I depart on the California Zephyr (Amtrak) from Mount Pleasant, Iowa to Emeryville/Berkeley, California. It's been a crazy week getting ready, and I've invested no due diligence in any wagers made this weekend, and like yesterday (2-0 with Iowa and Penn State), I'll be relying on sticking very close to info/themes/angles I've been tracking OK so far this season, some very hectic scanning of some internet this and that, and hopefully some money management . . .
And I've landed on the Left Coast . . .

- - I think this is a pretty fair team that finds its season on the brink, and I think they they get a pretty fair match up to leave nothing to chance.

- - This situation favors San Diego by at least 3', so I'll give the extra point.
