I am a contracter and I was forced into signing an agreement and was wondering if it was legal or not. I was accused of socalizing w/some company employees I work w/afterhours, which is a complete lie. So I had to sign an aggreement I would not socialize w/anybody from this corp. after hours or I will be terminiated. It is a big contract I have w/them and cannot afford to lose the work, but alot of allegations which are not true. It is very hard to be accused of things u have not did, and to be forced to sign a potential termination for if u think about doing it in the future. I AM REALLY PISSED RIGHT NOW and NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!! and they will not even tell me the accussers....
