Home underdogs have not been a great investment this year, going 7-20. There are four such opportunities this weekend, including the Monday nighter when San Diego gets 3? points from Miami.

The Dolphins are 2-13-2 on the road against the number on Monday night. San Diego had nine straight losses before beating Cleveland. Miami will likely go to Brian Griese over Jay Fiedler at QB. The 'Fins are looking for something to spark their offense.
Home dogs have flopped because, for the most part, they are bad teams. Cincinnati, Jacksonville and Arizona are the others Sunday. Cincy and Jacksonville face hot clubs in Seattle and Tennessee, respectively.
The Titans have covered seven of nine against Jax, including the last three. They have averaged 32 points per game in their last five and Steve McNair has thrown for 12 touchdowns and only two interceptions.
San Francisco will be at Arizona. The Cards are 7-1 as a dog off a bye and the 49ers are 1-9-1 recently as favorites. Feel brave?
There are some very attractive dogs on the road. Cleveland is getting almost a touchdown from New England and the Browns' record is 10-2 their last 12 away. Cleveland has a porous run defense, but the Pats can't run.
Denver gets one at Baltimore. The Broncos are 9-1-1 taking points lately. I couldn't give even one with Kyle Boller as my QB.
Buffalo's running game came to life just in time for Kansas City, which is somewhat soft against the run. Drew Bledsoe was sacked only once against Washington. The Chiefs are off a short week, while the Bills may get receiver Eric Moulds back.
