that knot on Eromosele Alberts forehead. I have been catching the Primm fights rerun all weekend on my various HBO channels and have some serious questions about that bump.

How did he get the knot?

Whats "in" it?

Has it ever been busted open?

Would it be uncouth if someone "targeted" that knot in a fight?

How did he get regulated to fight with that thing?

I've seen Dimitri Sailta's backknot but it doesnt really affect him (much as it would if it was on his head)

This stuff has really been bothering me the past few days (to the point where I'm losing sleep). Thanks guys

"the bunker"
certainly is strange....one of those things that must look much more uncomfortable than it actually is....

must be just a fatty tumor or just a bony mass...

made me think of the old "monty python and the holy grail" skit where the knight has his limbs cut off in a duel one by one but keeps declaring that they`re only "flesh wounds"...untill he`s just a stump still trying to fight back.....funny stuff....

not sure why that lump brough m.p. to mind?...

I don't recall noticing that "mass" in any of his previous fights. Maybe it was there but I can't recall it all. In all likelihood it was an injury he suffered in training leading up to the Kirkland fight.:0corn

Have you really gotten a good lock at him in previous fights.? I was taken aback when I saw it at the weigh-in, I was also taken aback when he looked about 40 years old, just big time weathered. Hard for me to think they'd let him fight after sustaining a Rahman like hematoma while training. All the upper powers were saying he had it since childhood. Someone believed in Albert, based on the wild odds at the Primm casino. Romi and I were fairly instrumental in helping drive the opening -200 line on Kirkland to -300 at the casino. The 1:06 wasn't very long to wait for the win. The strangest thing was when we went to cash in. The Kirkland line finsihed at -180!!!

Someone could've made a ton scalping that fight as ALL the online books closed Albert at +450 and I imagine the limit on location was very high

We essentially had free betting for the fight. I could have guaranteed several hundred betting @ the venue on kirkland and betting online for Albert. The venue allowed 2k max bet then when the line moved they only let me wager 1200. I hedged a few hundred online but still netted about 1k. I was fairly confident Kirk was going to win. I had a bit of cash on me at the time and would have gladly wagered up to 6k @-200 with the online betting on albert @+450. 6k wins 3 k on albert and 1500 online on albert wins 6750.00...guaranteed 750 or 1500.

Um, guys- this thread is dedicated to the growth on Alberts head and NOT the actual fight.

I suggest if you wanna talk about the fight you move it along to another thread.....j/k
