The following were changes from last nights opening lines to this morning. Other than the obvious (money being played and the book trying to acvhieve a split) do these line shifts mean anything.

Houston from -165 to -146 down 19
LA from -145 to -133 down 12
SF from -165 to -148 down 17
Oak from -160 to -148 down 12
BJays from -127 to -105 down 22
Min from -170 to -187 up 17

Never quit sure if this means anything and would like the opinion of those who are experienced with following line shifts.

Thanks,
Bill

Here's the way i see it.
FWIW
Houston from -165 to -146 down 19---refelcts their play of late and reynolds pitching of late
LA from -145 to -133 down 12--reflects getting swept and facing Woods
SF from -165 to -148 down 17---daal money and fact they have won like 8 straight and some think they are due for a loss.
Oak from -160 to -148 down 12--Weaver money and potential letdown after Clev series.
BJays from -127 to -105 down 22-BJ's suck, Loaiza sucks, Balt sucks, Mercedes sucks but is coming off 1-0 win over Anaheim, was a big play for me.
Min from -170 to -187 up 17-personally don't understand Minn line move at all, Olympic had em at -210 last night.

well here is one that i think is way off.

@ olympic they must have a lot of money on the mets +1.5 reason Arz is -230 and -1.5 +100. well usally you will find at home a swing of .85$ to 1$ on hte run line but they are 1.35$ on the runline better. so i conclude that there is alot of money on the mets +1.5

That's probably because you have two teams that CAN'T hit, and 2 pitchers that Can pitch.

I circled this one early in the week and hit it last night at 7 (under). The way my week has been going it will be 5-3 in the 2nd inning (Thanks Cubs and BoSox).

This has all the makings for a 3-2, 2-1, 3-0 type game, so that is possibly why the runline is the way it is...

good luck everyone
