Line Question Wash/Dallas Game

I see the line on Wash -3 @ -130. When you are giving -130 at 3, shouldn't that line move to 3 1/2? I can't recall a line being minus that much money line juice and not move a 1/2 pt. Typically they open at -105 and move to like -120, then a 1/2 pt gets put in there from -3 to -3 1/2. :shrug:

Any info would be appreciated!!
