Lady has a Food Truck in NYC and sells 1/4lb Lobster Rolls on Grilled Hot Dog Rolls for $16....Averages 300 over a 2 hour period.....



I'll get the meat & rolls & flavored mayo, you get the truck & sell um....Who's in with me.....:shrug:

I've heard this can be a great business to get in to. However, you have to have processes and logistics in order or you're bound for failure. I read somewhere where 2 college kids moved to California and had like $10-20K starting capital and family form Maine and would have the lobsters air shipped to California. They made it big, but their biggest challenges were expanding - finding new staff, investments in new trucks, locations to put the trucks, etc.

These guys were on ABC's Shark Tank last season. I think they got a deal from one of the "sharks".
