Lombardi's "Second Effort"

I have searched and searched and can't find this movie on vhs or dvd. It was a sales video that Vince did back in 1970. I wanted to get a copy of it for work but cannot find anyone selling it, other than this one studio who wants 400 bucks for the original movie on film:scared

So any input on where to get it for less of a price and on vhs or dvd would be much appreciated.
