FOR EMPLOYMENT...

For reasons that transcend the requirement of money, I am desperately anxious to find some work. I have been licensed and employed as a dealer ("croupier" in Toronto:rolleyes: ) in both Alberta and Ontario since 1989. I got sick of the corruption at the mickey-mouse "legitimate" charity casinos that used to rove around Toronto before finding some short-term work at an underground that used to run at Lawrence and (somewhere east of Yonge ... was several years ago, so I should forgive my memory here:shrug: ... could still find the locale if I went there)

Anyway, this place didn't last long as the people running it were stupid enough to advertise in the local papers.

My work-experience is a joke, most places I go, as my resume (if honest) shows that most of my work has been done in the casino industry.

If anybody has any connection to a current operation in this city, then I am completely prepared to make a commitment to such an organization. Most jobs drive me insane, but I never really found dealing to be very stressful; mostly enjoyable, actually.

This is a SERIOUS question ... no dicking around from my part (like I'd wanna F-over anybody running such an operation, anyway;) ).

I know that they exist. I don't, presently, know where.

EXPERIENCE: pit-bossing blackjack, dealing: blackjack, roulette, baccarat (&mini), Texas hold-em poker, very minimal craps (before dice were allowed in this country -- used to use a wheel), and some other silly games (sic-bo,red dog, probably missing something ...)

Word.

P.S.

If you, like me (on further reflection), think that commenting on this stuff here in inappropriate, then e-mail me and I'll send back my phone number or whatever you think is best.

Probably a longshot.
I imagine that if I wandered around some of the Chinsese restaurants downtown, at night, then I could possibly be able to find one.
Still ... I'd lay -150 that some (Toronto) user knows of one.
Worth a shot.
