What is your take on the Robert Blake case? It seems that he can't keep his mouth closed, always looking to tell his side of the story. If you had him as a client & he insisted on doing media interviews, would you still represent him? I heard an attorney being interviwed on TV about Blake & he brought up a diminished capacity defense. I have a general idea what that means, but maybe you can clearify for me what the means?
