That is why he is so funny. You can't understand him and he rambles on about Notre Dame all the time. :em71:

ESPN needs to clean house with a bunch of blithering idiots they have on the air - Holtz, Mark May, Stephen A. Smith, Skip Bayless, Pam Ward and that other woman who does football games-whoever she is (women should NEVER be commentators on football games), Desmond Howard, Danny Kannell, and a few others that I've probably missed.

The mute button is the MVP of the remote in my house. I don't listen to idiots like these and I don't do commercials or annoying music at the beginning of shows. Mute. Mute. Mute. :142smilie

I always thought that Ron Franklin did a great job of calling a game on ESPN. Then he made a remark that some found offensive and they fired him. Corso can say "Ah fuck it" live on the air and he gets away with it yet they fire Franklin. :sadwave:

Pam Ward is an automatic mute button special. :scared

Loved Ron Franklin. I actually don't mind Pam Ward as long as she sticks to the Big Ten noon game on ESPN2.

Its something we don't always think of, but an announcer can really make or break a game that's for sure.

And there are guys we love and even some guys we just love to hate. But there are a few that just bring nothing to the table and really need to go.
