When Strong was hired I had one of those visions that we would win it all in his 3rd year. It was one of the reasons I felt so strongly that they would beat Florida last year, and ensure a high ranking to start this year.

My gut told me to wait after week one for better odds

Bovada has 25/1 now

200/5000

Forget about all the bs of two loss teams finishing ahead of them. Enough teams will lose too many games.

I guarantee they win it all

Congratulations on your NCAA basketball championship by the way. Great times for your school! Kansas is due this year though.

Even if Louisville goes undefeated, IMO they shouldn't even be considered for the NC game with the ridiculous schedule they have. A one-loss team from a respectable conference should be taken over an undefeated Cardinal team.

Hey dude I posted the below a month ago=

Long shot BCS No1 Rose Bowl game
My longshot future team to be in the BCS No 1 Rose Bowl game is

Louisville+1500

Thats right LOUISVILLE You heard it here first.
Oh they are going to run the table but that isnt the problem......strength of schedule so all the above teams are going to have to have loses ands
all kinds of Voodoo s**t is going to have to fall into place and stars and moons will all have to line up and thats why its called longshot.. near impossible
but over the years Ive seen some real long shots
make it.....been rare but it could happen...and your aunt could grow balls and then she would be your uncle kind of thing also....LOL

If you find anyone with a line let me know

When your toughest game is vs. Central Florida or Cincinnati and the non conference games are Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky, and Florida International there is no shot to get to the BCS national championship game.....just go ask Boise State how that worked out for them......

It's got nothing to do with hating on Louisville or Bisket. Heck, I like to see his plays. He's a very good capper. However, Louisville's schedule rates just slightly above a high school schedule and is one of the weakest in CFB history. No way they should play in the NC game.

didnt stop ND from playing for the NC last season. ND had no business being on the same field as Bama, it was a disgrace to the title game.

anyway, they are 25/1 for a reason. Ville would need some serious help to get there. Theyll need losses from several teams. Not sure who is going to beat Ohio State, and there is no way an undefeated Louisville jumps a 1 loss SEC champion. Even a 1 loss Stanford or Oregon would be an unlikely leap.

too much help is needed for Ville to get there. isnt as simple as win and youre in.

I agree that ND had no business being on the same field with Alabama last year, but at least they played a respectable schedule, unlike what Louisville has this year.

They should definitely run the table. And then the odds of getting in the game aren't terrible. Like the value.

Ville playing a title game with 0 quality wins under their belt would be bad for college football.

as would a team running the table, beating every team on their schedule, and not getting a chance to play for the title.

the players don't pick the schedule. why should they be punished for winning every game they possibly can?

I think Louisville has too much work to do to leap all the way up but if they win every game it will just highlight the problems once again in college football.

After ND's embarrassment last year, there should be no limit to who is allowed to play.

I usually don't think smaller conference teams can hang with the big boys.

But bridgewater is a nfl qb....no question. Someone with his talent can literally keep you competitive vs anyone....not sayin the elite pocket passer never get blown out, but at this level, if you have a qb who is just that much better, you can absolutley beat anyone....go watch bridgewaters last 5 games.....so fuckin impressive...I think they would give bama a game....right now....

TB is a good player, and I do not doubt that Lville has te goods to win it all. My point is that they don't have the nuts to schedule some decent OOC games despite a weak conference schedule. It would certainly be a shame to reward them over a 1 loss team who played several big games.

As for them beating Bama right now, we all know that Bama has a new OL and lost a ton to the NFL last season on both sides. I doubt Bama is the best team in the nation right now, and certainly weren't among the more impressive teams last weekend. Even when Bama was at their peak, LSU beat them 2 seasons ago and gave one away to Bama last year. Aggies housed Bama last year, too. Any given Saturday, my man:0008
