I believe that LSU is a strong play at +3. They looked like shit last week, but that was against a National Champiosnhip caliber team that played their strongest game I've ever seen. Florida on the other hand is suspect on defense, and I believe that LSU will be able to control Leak and Florida's offense.

Florida and LSU fans, what's your take?

Im not a fan of either team, but i do bet every single day and pretty big. My point is I follow sports very closely. Its hard to back this 2004 LSU team. They have no chemistry. If I were to bet, it would be on Florida, no way I can back a losing team. Just my two cents, no factual info

I like the play, but you should be able to get a better line than that. Good luck!

Here's an interesting angle I thought of on the way home:

Since 1991 (the year The Swamp was totally enclosed and became a hostile place to play) UF has only lost to these QBs (I think its accurate, strictly from memory):

Charlie Ward
Patrick Nix
Chris Weinke
Ken Dorsey
Matt Mauck
Casey Clausen
Eli Manning
Christina Rix

My point is this: these QBs, although not all Heismans, were all competent field generals of pretty potent offenses - the noise, etc. didn't affect their ability to move the ball.

Moreover, other than the UT loss last year, each of these QBs hung +30 on UF (once again, from memory, so it may not be entirely accurate). Do you think either of the LSU QBs can do that?

Although LSU has undeniable talent, neither of their QBs has the capability ot lead them in a hostile environment. Jordan Haire and Sanford Stadium are difficult places to play, but neither is as hostile as Fla. field, especailly at night.

The home field advantage is going to be good for at least numerous penalties/several points.

Although I'm a UF alumn, I have no problem going against them when the position presents itself - I have the future wager of UGA -2.5. But, I just think the play is with the more solid offense here.
