LVMS Question

I am heading to Vegas this March for the race and was wondering if anyone can share seating ideas.
What is the lowest row in order to see the entire track.
Most tracks need to be about 24 rows and up to see the entire track.
So my questions are the following:
How bad is traffic to the track or know of any shuttle runs?
Suggestions on seating/rows?

Have fun! Never been to LVMS. PLan to check that one off my list. I know Atlanta and Charlotte which are mile and half tacks, if your 20 rows up your fine.

Texas Motor Speedway 1 1/2 is same way.
20 and up fine.

Bus shuttle is available in Vegas.
$30 a person though

I have a rental car so I may take the risk of the wait. I do every other Nascar event so I am used to it.
