Loy Md -2 over Canisius ***
Griffs have lost 7 in a row.It's senior afternoon and the 1st time these guys met Griffs almost beat the greyhounds losing by 3.Griffs out rebounded them by 20 bds.But Tuck LM's top rebounder only played 6 minutes.brown is on fire,9th in the nation in scoring.Had 29 pts the other nite.Canisius is one of the most mystifying teams I have ever seen.On any given nite they can beat anybody.Wilson,Harris and Herring can flat out and play.One nite wilson can score 28 which he did in there 1st game and the next score 4.Turner there pt.gd has won rookie of the MAAC a few times.Parrota in his 1st year is a good coach.I watched them manhandle Marist and win by 10.But they get beat by everyone in the MAAC. There 6-11,4-8 at home,7-9 away and have lost 7 str.Griffs are locked into the 8th place and will play Peter who is 7th no matter what the outcome next week in the MAAC tourney.Loy I think gets 3rd or 4th depending on there game today. Loy should be more focused and get a 6-10 pt win on the rd.Loy is only 7-7 on the rd and has won 3 of last 5.It's senior day and wilson and co are playing last game..but that won't be enough to get a win..not a strong play because I'm scared of the Griffs.
Niagara -7 over Rider *
,small play.Brown is not playing due to viral infection.Hodges got to play more on fridays 2 pt win over Loy and he had season high pts and bds.Fisher is tough.It's last game for Miles,Duffy and some of the others.Riders Thompson can dominate inside and keep this pretty close.NU has won 7 in a row and rider on the rd is 7-8.
Fairfield -3 over Peter ***
Like Stags here just because of there defense,there 2 gds and Nero.Peter is 2-9 at home,overall 3-14 in conf but Stags are 9-8 overall but 4-10 on the rd.Peter already knows there playing Canisius and the winner plays Marist.If there down in this game with 10 minutes left why not start preparing for next friday...
Manhattan -8 over Iona *
Dubois and austin played 6 minutes last game.Do not know of there status today. if they play they beat Iona by 10 or more.If they don't this should be a close game...will pass on it until get current update. if anyone knows please post it here.
Duke -7.5 over Johnnies **
Last yr I took Duke at -22 over Johnnies and they won by 18.Not sure of my numbers but every time I play Duke the johnnies cover.But without double digits lines i'll take the dukies.Johnnies have solid gds but they can't shoot with any inconsistency.Coach K starts no seniors,1 jr and the rest are all puppies.But they do play defense.Maybe the under for at 124 is a good play.Duke has won 4 in a row and Johnnies have hit rock bottom losing 3 of last 4.Duke will also have a big crowd at the game..
Louisville pk over UConn **
Tough game in hartford today. With Pitino letting Caracter play this adds inside scoring.He's 6'8 and cards have won 6 str since his return..
