Iona -3.5 over Manhattan **
Thought the line was going to be -4.5 to 5.5....then I would of taken the Jaspers + pts...they both split during the season . Iona won by 4 at home and lost by 3 at MC...{ but Williams did not play in that game}...could spend an hour on this game...its kinda sad I know what out of bound plays both teams use tonite..Iona can score and shoot..last night Williams was 7-10 from the 3...Iona avgs 80 pts a game..that is 7th in the country..7th in 3 pt shooting...there defense gives up 72 pts a game ranking 313th...MC is pretty solid...they caused 21 and 15 turnovers in there last 2 games vs Iona..if anyone watched MC last nite vs Peter you will understand the pressure they put on...relentless...last yr Iona lost the championship to Manhattan..2 yrs ago Iona won it...but Iona all year has been waiting for this game...think they play some defense and won't allow MC's pressure to cause turnovers...Iona has solid gds that can dribble...and penetrate...they just take to many 3's..last nite they hit them.."but you can live by the 3 or die by the 3"....hate going against Manhattan...my heart is with them but think Iona goes dancing and wins this by 6-8 pts...not a big play...my father graduated from Manhattan in 1936...and one of his biggest disappointments in life was me not going there...my aunt lived 10 blocks from the college in Riverdale and they wanted me to live with her.... no way....North Texas State here I come...at least they had the same colors green and white...

Portland played tough but think BYU offense goes off tonite..they avg 82 pts a game..Haws and Collingworth are scorers..they shoot 46% FG...their defense is suspect but they win this by double digits.
