Peter just got whipped at home by Marist .Today Manhattan is trying to stay close to the Loy,Iona and Fair in the seeding race for the MAAC tourney....MC has 2 solid inside players,2 excellent gds in Beamon and Alvardo.Peter can't score...vs MC with a pressing defense they will have trouble again..MC wins this by 12 to 15 pts.MC has won on the rd by 18,12,17 and 3{Iona}.Peter has lost at home by 19,11,16 13,and 14.
Canisius +4.5 over Siena **
Saints have lost 7 in a row on the rd and Griffs have lost 8 in a row.Griffs are 1-13 and almost beat Rider the other nite.Led by 10 with a few minutes and had 7 turnovers and lost....in the last few minutes...Saints play with 6 players...they can't score either..Griffs will play zone to stop OD inside..think they get a rare home win...or keep it close...which Saint team shows up..the one that beat Iona or the one who got blown out by Peter...I vote peter...
Niagara +3.5 over Rider ***
Rider escaped with a win over Can...NU has a quick group of players that can shoot..their only tall player Tarkley had 24 pts vs Siena the other nite...
