Siena -1.5 over Manhattan ******
Think this line is way off.....Siena could be one of the best 8-12 teams in the country...they started out so bad but just in the last 2-3 weeks they have awoken from their deep sleep...remember Rip Van Winkle who slept for 20 years came from the Albany area...they even have a bridge in the Albany area named after his name...Saints won 4 in a row until the fight during the Rider game.. Pastos made national news with his now famous " invisible hand shake"...Wright the best player for the Saints was suspended one game for throwing a punch....Saints play another Saint named Peter and lose..winning streak over...today Wright comes back....he runs the team ,is the pt gd..last year Saints were on a roll and Wright went down with a season ending injury...season over for him and the Saints....last yr Siena beat Manhattan 2 out of 3 times...the one loss was at Manhattan 92-87 in OT w/o Wright...in the 2 Siena wins almost all their players are back today.. Ogun had 26 pts in one,Bip had 20 pts 11 bds,Long had 19 in one and Wright had 14 pts and 6 bds.... Saints had won 4 in a row vs Rider,Fair,Quinn and Peter by 10,9,7 and 2....meanwhile MC has lost their last 2 and lost to Mom,Iona,Rider,Fair and Niagara by 11,15,3 and 18.....and the OT loss to manhattan which I saw...MC has always been known for defense...but this yr they are bad even though they play pressure defene..one of the problems with pressure is if it doesn't work you are giving the other team good FG% shots...Turner and Watermen are playing good,.. Tuner is avg 20 pts in last 4 games...but don't think they can keep off Bip and Ogun off the bds...Long is playing better since Clareth took some personal time off...and Wright is back today...Wright negates the Jasper pressure and Jaspers will pay a price for it...Saints have started 10 different lineups so far...are terrible on the rd but they have a much better team the Jaspers....are at full strength even though Clareth isn't playing and this starting 5 has played Manhattan 3 times last yr and beat them bad except for the game Wright wasn't there...Saints get back on track...The " invisible hand shake coach" has his kids for readyfor todays game and wins by 6-10 pts... Rip wakes up....

X2Man...you are right about Baylor giving up a lot of pts...the lines do seem to high but when I capp I never see the lines....the Texas games was I think -14...I had it at -17 to -18 ....and I was dead on.. Baylor led and was up by 18-20 through out the 2nd half...then Drew takes Motley out with a few minutes and as I say always" puts it in neutral"... and thats the killer..Baylor plays token defense..Texas drives to the basket for layups or open shots and cuts the lead to 10 when the buzzer goes off...those things happen a lot....last nite I was at the LaLaf-Texas St games...Laf is up 10-12 the entire 2nd half at -3.5...with a few minutes to go Laf puts it in neutral and Bobcats score on uncontested layups and open jumpers...gets it to 6 with a few seconds..only Laf went 4-4 from the FT line to win and cover...I had my feet up the entire 2nd half relaxed until the final 30 seconds...
NJ Sammy..weather is great here..glad you got some warm weather up there.. I installed water sensors in my basement up there hooked up to my wife's phone app....so when a pipe breaks I can call my best friend.. I just hope he's home...take care..
