Peter coming off a big win @ Siena...down 25-9 with 7 minutes in the 1st half...came back to win by 5...but Greyhounds have size,speed,and are more athletic...Greyhounds are on a roll...win by double d's.
Rider -4.5 over Niagara **
Purple played a good game vs Fairfield..led at halftime by 3...Rider won 3 in a row but ran into Loy...Rider can score and shoot...esp the 3...both these teams are on tops in the MAAC on offense and at the bottom in defense...they both avg 7 tre's per game...Rider at home will score a lot of points and Purple should too.. Was thinking about the over-under but its 153.5..that is high for a MAAC team...will pass on that...
Fairfield -11 over Siena ***
Stags are still struggling keeping Niagara in the game...but Needham broke out for 32 pts...where has he been...Siena layed an egg vs Peter at home..up by 16....dominating..then they fall apart..Peter gets hot,they go man/man and can't stop them...Saints have a big problem..they have only 6 players and play 6...2 players played 39 minutes OD their big rebounder 39,the others 31,29,etc..they got tired at the end....today they travel to Bridgeport. I know the old saying,these kids are in their late teens and early 20's and have so much stamina...but the Saints have to be a little tired this afternoon..its a 3.00 pm game not night...saints are hard to read..they knock off Iona one night and get beat by Peter....and Stags are so inconsistent...but talented...
