This is one of the best recipes I've tried and if you like it cheesey you'll like this one.
8 oz. elbows cooked el dente.
Preheat oven to 350.
3 Tbl butter
1/4 cu. flour
1/2 teas salt
1/2 teas dry mustard
1/4 teas pepper
2 1/2 cu. milk (you can use 2%)
2 cu chedder gheese (I used xtra sharp)
1 xtra cu of cheese for the end. 3 cu tatal
Melt butter on med heat till melted then whisk in flour, salt, dry mustard, and pepper. Cook 3 mins while stirring.
Add milk and whisk for about 10 mins till thickened.
Add 2 cups cheese and stir till melted.
Combine with elbows and pour half in a baking dish.
(Now comes the xtra cheesy part) Sprinke 1/2 cu cheese on, add the remaining mixture then top with remaining cheese.
Bake for about 25 mins just till it starts to brow.
