What a shitty last night....

This line looks like a trap but Iam biting....Kent has good enough guards to defend the Akron super star guards...

Kent St -2.5

Kent St -1.5 1st half

Cooz-

I agree on Wisc-Milwaukee.. Actually saw the line hit WM -1 at a time... and that sure as hell wasn't from public action.. I've been hearing all this "unfocused" crap about Butler, and how they concentrate better on the road.. and I don't buy it.. Any team that only beats Youngstown at home by 4 is having some problems..

I would have to take Butler as a PK here...

Darnell Archey and Dylan Page will be a good match-up from start to finish.

Few reasons why I like Butler

1) 5-1 on the road. Winning on the road proves something, I dont care if your playing Duke or Buffalo...if you can win on the road - your confidence as a TEAM just grows and grows.

2) Free Throws. I could fill my house up with dollar bills with all the money Ive lost in the last 20 seconds of a game because the asshole couldnt hit his free throws.

3) Experience...Butler knows they got the hose job last year for the tourny bid. One would think they dont want that to happen again, and seems like one of those teams destined for success this year.

4) Adversity. Butler got BADLY outrebounded by Youngstown St yet they still won the ball game and battled and battled....so guess what Coach Lickliter will be working on in practice since then....

5) Butler turned in its best back-to-back shooting performances of the season while recording wins over Wright State, 81-70, and Youngstown State, 64-60, last week. The Bulldogs hit a season-best 31 of 54 (.574) shots, including 17 of 28 (.607) in the second half, while posting the road win at Wright State. Two days later, Butler matched its best homecourt shooting performance of the season by converting 24 of 45 (.533) field goal attempts against Youngstown State. The Bulldogs hit five of ten 3-point field goal attempts at Wright State and a season-best 10 of 18 (.556) against Youngstown State.

This game has been a close one the last few years, so I would have to side with the better FT shooting HOME team, Wisc-Mil.

I usually dont bet or even follow the Horizon - the only team that I even do follow is Detroit Mercy and thats cuz they are so close to Toledo.

But Iam gonna play this game for the hell of it...

Butler PK and under 140

Good Luck fellas
