Tomorrows game at wrigley field will be the first time in the history of college football the offense for BOTH teams will only go one direction on the field. Would'nt it be huge like in the iowa and nortwestern game last week when the wind was blowing hard one way and all the points scored in the entire game was when the teams had he wind at there backs. Please post when you see if the wind is in the face or at there backs of the offensive team for the ENTIRE GAME.

i appreciate any info you can give me on this game and the wind . ARROW

I'm not from Chicago, but weather.com shows a northeast wind at 13 mph during the game. Both teams will be going towards the west end zone.

North east would be kind of a crosswind.

Wind from the east would be at the offenses' backs all game

so your saying that it would be in there offense face the entire game. thats not a big wind but if there is gusts and northwesterns second string q.b. plays conservative like i think they will. i might take a hard look at the under. Northwesterns run defense was pretty tough last week and illinois does not have the receivers iowa does, but do have a good runner. Please keep me posted tomorrow RRC, thanks ARROW:toast:

Unreal how something Ron Zook popped off at a press conference about got booked before full due-diligence was done.

I heard both teams are embarrassed that they are reduced to something that would occur in a pop-warner game. They are going to refuse to kick-off and plan just sit to sit at midfield and play tummy-sticks.

Under is definitely the play if the books will honor it. :0008

This is the biggest cluster fuck situation that I have ever seen in college football. WTF?

You couldn't make up a story and me believe that this kind of thing would go on.

What is the deal with playing there? Why is Penn St. and Indy playing in Landover, MD?

Maybe next year LSU and Ole Miss can play in Kansas City:142smilie
