bit dramatic title, dontya think?

when in fact is actually more like

Another 30 minutes of that blockage, and "he would have been dead," Singel said. "It was a close call."

got me to read it, soo...

i always imagined i had a tapeworm in my intestine, after becoming aware of their existence in school - mostly because of my fondness for the taste of raw hamburg (as a kid)....which obviously, uncooked, could pose problems like this.

To make that headline TRULY 21st century it should have been:

"Man told by doctors he had 30 minutes to live and you won't believe what he told us!"
Followed by a teaser:
"An ABC exclusive story you won't hear anywhere else. Mr. Ortiz had just 30 minutes to live and sat down with ABC 7's own Rocket Sunshine for an exclusive interview. Stay tuned for his harrowing story."
