March Madness Vegas advise?

Have a friend who's lived in Vegas a couple years now but he's no veteran of the city by any means. Was thinking of making that trek up from AZ over March. Any advise for navigation, where to go, what to do?

Going to go up the 17th through 20th

Such a broad question. Are u staying with ur friend? What kinds of things do you like? Narrow it down a little for a better response. The city will be hopping during that time.
