Marhsall/Rice

How can Marshall be favored by 8.5 and winless. Rice looked pretty good in most of the games I've seen them in. Am I missing something here???

Unless Rice has some injuries they should win OUTRIGHT!

Rice has numerous injuries on the defensive side of the ball. They are now playing a lot of freshmen on defense. They gave up quite a few yards against a struggling Memphis team and the week before they were able to score a lot of points off of returns as though the game was close score wise Houston had 300 more yards Becareful as there are reasons why a winless team is favored by 8.5 over Rice.

That one also jumped out at me.... I was thinking "how in the hell is Marshall favored over anyone, much less by 8'???" :shrug:

But as mentioned above, there's a reason a winless team is favored. Line tells me either play Marshall at home or pass...and I can't put my money on Marshall, so I'll pass on this one. :SIB
