Hats off to the guy and his kids...Gonzaga can/has/will continue to play alongside the best programs in the nation because of this guy

At somepoint, Coach Marky Mark has to be considered at least an automatic candidate for top 10 coach when being discussed...he seems to be skipped over frequently....top 5 coach? Maybe a tougher sell, but the guy took a mid major and turned it into an elite powerhouse that competes for titles anually....I mean they belonged on the floor tonite with one of the most recognizable and elite programs to ever play the college game in North Carolina....

and his earlier Zags team that lost to duke in the elite 8 in 2015- they were possibly just as good with wiljter and sabonis mixed in down low with Karnowski....and the gaurd play from Pangos- wow what a find

That just shows his knowledge and instinct regarding his ability to find kids...whether its from different schools where the athlete didnt work out or hell even a different continent at times, Mark Few can flat out recruit em' and coach em'

Name another mid-major where elite recruits/transfers "WANT" to go...that just shows that not only can he coach em', but he can recruit em' as well

I love them and they are all class too. A lot of sportsmanship in the title game. Watching a guy help the other guy up...or going over to sort of "apologize" from an errant elbow....I mean, where has that gone? That should be commonplace and its almost nowhere.

I know there are people who hate Carolina no matter what...and that's fine...but gotta say, both of these teams are very likable with who they have playing and coaching.

The game itself was awful...the officials were even worse. Would love to see, if nothing else, a best of 3 in the championship game.

Way too much hype...way too many commercials...the stadium is way too big...its all awful. I'm so glad UNC prevailed but with all the money people are paying and being paid....big time sports are often a terrible product.

At one point in the 2nd half, I got 4 texts in a row, from 4 different people...and all pretty much said...this is terrible.

As for Few and Gonzaga....I love them but I do wonder how they would do in, for example, the ACC. I think they would be above average...but not nearly as dominant....they wouldn't be the Gonzaga we know. But I think Few would also adjust and prob even more recruits knowing they're in the ACC etc. It would be interesting, but I'm ok with it like it is...hated to see them lose, except that I wanted Carolina to win!
