Mattingly said the club to recall right-handed starter Trevor Richards from Triple A on Thursday and move him into the rotation to start that day?s game against the Cardinals.
Right-hander Elieser Hernandez would move from the rotation to the bullpen. The Marlins would then have to make a corresponding roster move.
