Masoli not eligible after all?

Well, the NCAA said the "intent" of the waiver rule wasn't met. They didn't think he should benefit since he was kicked off the team at Oregon and didn't just leave on his own.



thats a great point...

doubt the appeal will make him eligible also

NCAA just does crap because they want to... In all honesty... Masoli should be playing... I mean there is nothing that should be keeping him from playing... The NCAA did this with Renardo Sidney and our basketball team last year... Masoli has messed up but in this case has done nothing wrong

NCAA is wrong but don't feel bad for the guy. NCAA needs to fix their rule if that how they want to apply it

It's an odd rule to begin with. Why would a guy transfer in his 5th year if he's in good standing? By that point, you're either the starter or you just suck. If you're any good and aren't starting, then you probably transferred in your RS Soph year.
