This war was planned and strategized by the Pentagon and military commanders at Central Command, the best of the best. Are they "bumbling circus chimps?" Are Abizaid and Tommy Franks chimps?

After watching the success of the elections today and seeing how far Iraq has come in less than 3 years I'm dying to hear how MasterCapper could have better handled things.

Let's see if he offers his plan...this outta be good.
