Aren't any of the folks who attend Madjack functions parents? If so, what makes Leinart any different from any of them. I've seen pics where everybody looks to be having a quite jolly time!
He is having a good time with some hot girls in his own home. And he's only making it rain a little beer spray. A guy can't rehab 24 hours a day - and the guy is a good looking, young, millionaire QB. Just doing what 99% of the people in the world would do if they could.
Now if this was during the season, or away from home, driving, etc? That's different. I just don't see the big problem here.
I assume, of course, it's not his weekend to watch his daughter. If she's asleep in the other room, or he blew off spending time with her for this, that's different. But I doubt that's the case.

Lost by many in the brouhaha regarding the photos of Matt Leinart cavorting with a gaggle of young ladies is the question of whether the girls seen drinking alcohol were of legal age, and if so whether Leinart provided them with the alcohol they were drinking. It's only fair. Bengals receiver Chris Henry was suspended for eight games due in part to a conviction for doing just that. If Leinart did the same thing, justice and fairness require that he suffer a similar fate. -- Pro Football Talk

that's a lot of assumptions you are making there. I'm sure if that would have been the case it would have been reported and then some.
i'm not making any assumptions...i just copied & pasted that paragraph from a football site that i read to indicate that there may be more to the story than matt hanging out with a couple chicks.. but i will tell you one thing..the card management is not happy with this...
