Then click on "online scanner", then "accept", then "next" (some of you may have to click on a pop up that will say "install active x", then click on "my computer" and it will begin scanning.
After it is completed, look at the report and see if you have any viruses,trojans, malware etc etc. If you do, you'll have some work to do. Your cpu might be slower due to some of the above crap.
